CCAM Proving Region is a European co-funded project by Interreg Vlaanderen – Nederland. CCAM Proving Region wants to:
- establish a large-scale cross-border test region consisting of urban roads, regional roads, and highways
- offer test parties a (private) circuit test period where multiple parties can use the track simultaneously
- guidance to prepare the necessary (legal) applications for long-term Field Operational Tests (FOT)
- encourage (local) companies, organizations, and knowledge institutions to drive further innovations for CCAM
- establishment of a Proving Region Excellence Center CCAM
